MGN Consultancy has been undertaking complex and sensitive program evaluations since 1998.
Independent program evaluation is an area of specialty - different from project management, social research, facilitation and implementation. Independent evaluators understand the importance of setting out a program for engaging and accessing information, ideas and views which will minimise negative impact. This is one reason why local knowledge and expertise from the client must be considered in determining a methodology: nuances of relationships, history and expectations all impact on an evaluation’s progress. We are experienced at all forms of social research methodology and presentation of high quality, audience appropriate reporting.
We understand that programs are not static and that social, technological, economic, environmental and political challenges can have a direct bearing on strategic directions, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
